Jackie is a Director and one of MHA’s co-founders. She founded the firm Huntley Inc in 1999 and in 2006, merged with MHA as it is known today. Jackie is a Senior Director and also heads up the firm’s Corporate and Commercial law practice. She offers extensive expertise in commercial contracts, corporate finance, corporate governance, and infrastructure development projects.

She has held non-executive directorships at Telkom SA Limited, Capitec Bank Limited, Blue Label Telecoms Limited, PetroSA and Air Traffic Navigation Services Proprietary Limited.

Jackie completed her B.Proc and LLB degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand and her Management Advancement Programme at Wits Business School. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1998.
