Refiloe joined MHA in January 2024, as a Senior Associate specialising in the field of commercial and general litigation. Her other areas of specialisation include Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Regulatory Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has been involved in numerous matters involving complex legal issues and high-value transactions and has also advised on various aspects of Environmental and Customs and Excise Law.

Refiloe has an LLB from the University of Johannesburg and has also obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Prospecting and Mining Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
