Luke joined MHA as an associate in the Employment and Labour practice in 2019. He is currently a consultant to the practice and has advised and represented (in the CCMA and Labour Court) an array of companies, both private and public, including JSE-listed companies, major public entities, and numerous other SOEs, on a variety of legal and HR issues in the labour and employment space.  

Luke has a B.Soc.Sci (Economics) degree from Rhodes University and an LLB degree (Cum Laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
