Kyle is an Associate at MHA in the Employment and Labour Law practice. He has extensive experience in chairing disciplinary enquiries, representing clients particularly in dismissal disputes and unfair labour practice disputes at the CCMA and initiating or  opposing reviews in the Labour Court.
